This was a highly realistic show with many outfit changes and complex tracking. One of the most challenging changes was for the character Peachy in Act 2 to get out of one suit and into a tuxedo in 40 seconds. Another challenge was the number of changes in and out of the ballgown for the character Lala, which had to happen on a small platform at the top of the stairs throughout the second act.
This is my final run sheet color-coded by Character and broken up by scene. The times when multiple actors change in the same location at the same time are marked with orange.
This is the collection of preset lists for both the actors and me. Due to Covid, we tried to limit the number of people touching the clothing so the actors were responsible for the majority of their presets
